Why relocation sales fail with estate agents
Relocation buyers and sellers face three specific problems on the open market:

Time pressure vs market reality. Average South Wales agent sale takes 4-6 months. If your relocation is 6-8 weeks, an agent listing simply won’t complete before you move - and managing a sale from another country is a nightmare.

Empty property by completion. We don’t need vacant possession before exchange. You can fly out, leave the keys with us at completion, and we handle the empty property afterwards.
